Hello, Wix is absolutely impossible to contact for issues. I have been waiting to hear back from someone to discuss charges on my credit card from Wix that were in error. I have tried to contact Wix directly but I no longer have access to the Wix account and there is no phone number online. I opened a Wix account is for a signs & graphics company 2 years ago. I sold this company in Feb 2024. At that time, the new owners said they would update the credit card info on the account. I didn't think about Wix again until this month, and a lot has happened in the last 14 months for me. On Mar 27, 2025 I saw a charge on my credit card from Wix.com, and I didn't recognize that charge. I knew I hadn't made any purchase with Wix or started a website so I thought it was fraud and immediately cancelled my credit card. I have never submitted a fraud claim through Visa before, but since I did not authorize this charge, I felt this was the appropriate action to take. I looked up Wix and saw that there is no way to contact them unless you log into the account. I received the merchant letter through the CIBC credit card disputes, and that is when I saw that the charge was related to the website renewal. The credit card company said i cant claim fraud as i set up this account 2 years ago. The new owners let me sign in to the Wix account to try to reach someone but i was only able to use the chat bot. I eventually found somewhere to request a refund of the full amount of $590.64 CAD but I received a email the next day saying it was denied. My biggest beef with this company is that there was no warning email sent so the new owners could check that the credit on file had been changed. The charge was made on Mar 22/25 and I filed the dispute on Mar 27/25. The billing period doesnt even start until April 4. This cancelled the Wix account and prompted the new owners of to open a new account. Now the original account was automatically cancelled since i disputed it but no refund or even discussion with a real person to plead my case. Do not use this company as there is no way to contact them with issues or concerns. You took my money with nothing in return!

We initially purchased a drone for our cemetery services based on numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The drone, which we paid approximately $260 for, turned out to be comparable to a low-cost $20 model from AliExpress, frequently crashing after just three minutes of flight. Despite considerable challenges with customer service, we were ultimately able to secure a refund. Subsequently, we purchased the Potensic ATOM LT from Amazon for around $260, which has performed reliably for 2D and 3D mapping tasks. While it does not match the performance of my personal DJI Air 3S drone—an investment of approximately $1,500 cad—it has proven to be a solid choice within its price range of the company i work for and i believe is a reliable choice for any company trying to do the same type of work. In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing a drone in the $260 price bracket, we recommend opting for the Potensic ATOM LT rather than from less reputable sources.

I’m extremely disappointed with this hosting provider. I signed up for WordPress hosting, and was not informed that I was purchasing a basic plan. I later found out there were other plans available at higher levels. The performance has been horrible. Despite claiming unlimited bandwidth and storage, my site has been slow, unstable, and frequently goes down. Simple tasks like installing plugins cause long delays, and I couldn’t even back up my site due to the terrible speed. I can’t even access the admin panel because the plan doesn’t include cPanel, and support keeps giving me generic advice that I can’t act on since I can’t log in. I’ve had four support requests with no resolution, and every time I’m told the issue is “prioritized” — but nothing changes. I’m considering moving my site to a more reliable host. If this issue isn’t fixed, I expect a pro-rated refund for the time I’ve been unable to use the service. I do not recommend this provider.

Hello, real user comment here. First IBAN transfer receive/send. After that hell appeared. 4 months straight they ignore my emails. And zero, i mean zero respond. Sended them around 10 emails. They didn't even reply with 1 sentence from respect. Called them twice. First time they told me they will reply to my emails as soon as possible. This was 2 months ago, they are 4 months till today. Second call was the same wait for the company answer. To wait a ghost to answer me, when they are hiding with MY* money. Without releasing them.

They rely WAY too much on AI for support. Ran into problems with compliance and their forms do not allow enough room to provide the information necessary for proper review. They clearly didn’t read the information provided to them in the first place. They’ve trained their chat bots to patronize American customers, as if we’re all helpless children. It said, “I know this can be frustrating” over and over again. I wasted two months learning this system only to give up due to the lack of support with the registration process.

I was looking at the reviews, and see this 2025 year hasn't been nice, I have won from Betany, some good wins, however i loose a lot in-between, and that can be a pain in the BUTT! especially, when every deposit for a few months is sucked up like water that pisses me off. Over all I do get my payouts timely and the staff is pretty cool however today I decided to close my account because I believe they are taking, and no sense in complaining they do care, ill do better in VEGAS for Now.

Quick and efficient. Was going on week two of severe congestion that I was pretty sure had turned into a sinus infection. The idea of being able to use this service was too good to be true. It saved a drive to the doc, the wait etc. The call itself took just a few minutes. The medical professional was very nice and even offered some suggestions. At the end she said “I hope you feel better”.

When did B&Q become Amazon? If you buy anything that is listed as not available in store then it is supplied by a third party supplier (though this info is not obvious to the buyer). Be aware that if anything is wrong with your purchase from one of these suppliers even though B&Q makes the contract and takes the payment they will wash their hands of it when contacted.

Horrible - flowers arrived wilted (looked like they were in a hot car all day), missing the card, and not even an apology when I sent the pic showing the flowers and missing card (how does the person even know who they are from!?). Simply horrible. And I never write bad reviews - just hoping to deter someone from wasting money.
