The car definitely is not up to par as it should have and they make you get extra coverage on the car that isn't needed, especially when you already have full coverage. As I look back, I would have done more research on the company.

I have had the wipers stop working on my 2017 f 150 in a heavy rain fall and not able to see anything in front of me while driving on a hi way which is a scarey situation in 2022 so tow to dealership to replace the whole wiper assembly at my cost. After picking up my truck from dealership I noticed the cover for the wiper assembly was flapping up and down while driving so pull over to check and see that they broke the clips on the cover and did not sat a thing. Turn around take it back to the crooks of a Ford Dealership and complain so lost another day with my truck still there.I will never ever take my truck to a Ford Dealership again nor will I ever buy another one of there products and spread that message to everyone I know. Now there is a recall for that 3 years later and they will not reimburse me. Horrible company NEVER BUY A FORD

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 based on the promise of a 318-mile range, as highlighted during my test drive and reinforced by Tesla staff. At no point was I informed that this figure was based on ideal laboratory conditions (WLTP) and not reflective of real-world driving. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. In reality, despite always charging with Tesla Superchargers and maintaining optimal driving habits, I have never been able to charge the car to the promised 318 miles. This is not about actual driving distance ¡ª the car won't even display the full range during a full charge. If Tesla staff had provided honest and accurate information during the sales process, I would not have gone ahead with the purchase. Furthermore, the support I received when raising this issue was dismissive. Tesla simply hid behind WLTP disclaimers and made no attempt to offer a meaningful solution. Instead, I was referred back to the finance company and told the issue was closed. To make matters worse, my previous petrol vehicle was cheaper to buy and cheaper to run. I upgraded thinking I was making a smarter, greener, and more cost-effective choice. Instead, I feel misled and burdened with higher costs and anxiety over range. Tesla promotes itself as a transparent and customer-first company ¡ª my experience has been the complete opposite. I have now escalated my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service and will continue to pursue this through all available channels. Tesla needs to be held accountable for how it misrepresents its product and handles valid customer complaints. please please do not buy any tesla on the basis of range displayed on website

If I could give Audi corporate and their so-called ¡°customer support¡± team zero stars, I would. My experience with this brand ¡ª particularly with regional representative Matthew Robinet ¡ª has been a complete and utter disgrace. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Audi Q5 in April 2022, thinking I was investing in premium quality and dependable service. Instead, I got a lemon and a front-row seat to Audi¡¯s utter lack of accountability. From day one, my vehicle suffered from chronic oil consumption issues. After multiple service visits, countless oil consumption tests, and vague assurances, the problem was never fixed. Things got so bad that in January 2025, my car spent nearly three months in the shop. When I finally got it back? The issue returned in under three weeks. As of April 25, 2025, my car is once again back in the service bay. Even more disturbing? Now it¡¯s showing signs of transmission or transfer case failure, and my dealership has no answers. Only now are senior techs and foremen getting involved ¡ª long after the damage has been done. And where is Matthew Robinet, Audi¡¯s regional representative? Nowhere. Not a single call. Not a single email. Complete radio silence. This is someone who is supposed to represent the brand and advocate for escalated cases ¡ª yet clearly, the role means nothing to him. He¡¯s collecting a paycheck while customers like me are left stranded, misled, and ignored. If you¡¯re not going to do your job, Matthew, why are you even in the position? I have repeatedly asked for a buyback. Denied. Audi claims it¡¯s outside warranty now ¡ª conveniently ignoring the fact that the same unresolved issues existed while it was fully under all applicable coverage. The truth is, they had every opportunity to make this right and chose not to. Audi sold me a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that should never have passed inspection. They misrepresented its reliability and then turned their back the moment things got complicated. There is nothing ¡°premium¡± about this brand ¡ª not the car, not the service, and certainly not the people like Matthew Robinet who are supposed to stand behind it. Audi does not care about its customers. Once they¡¯ve made the sale, you're on your own. To anyone considering buying a CPO Audi: Don¡¯t mistake branding for integrity. Audi has shown me, in the clearest possible way, that they are not the company they pretend to be.
