These watches are absolutely not as advertised. They're cheap made junk from China and you can find the literal exact same watches on Temu for a quarter of the price. None of the features work as indicated on the website. The only thing that works accurately is the time. Does not have the ability to depict when you receive iMessages and the vital measuring apps are all completely inaccurate. I would ask for a refund, but know that would never happen. Additionally, they offer to extend your warranty from 30 to 60 days, but only if you leave them a positive review on both Trust Pilot and Google Reviews which is a HUGE red flag. STAY AWAY!

The watch is well made, it is not water proof but I have not had any problems with it wearing daily for some months. Very easy to change straps.

Have wanted to buy a UK made product, I found this company which promotes itself as beoing based in Newport Pagnall and is "Proud to be a British Company". On purchasing a digital alarm clock, with a box proudly festooned with part of a Union Jack, there in small print on the box is "Made in China". Very disappointing. Also it wouldn't take too much off your bottom line margin to have a set of instructions included in the box.

Brought a Citizen Attesa watch and failed within a week. According to ChatGPT failure rate likely around 3% due to poor battery/capacitors as to the GPS variants are very demanding of them. Should have learnt my lesson when my then very expensive of the Citizen Eco Drives heavily advertised as not ever needing to change a battery capacitor failed and Citizen walk away from them not providing replacements. Yep, never need a battery just throw the watch away when the capacitor fails. Basically Citizen very poor brand and looking at the star rating I am not alone in that opinion.
