Very difficult to exchange anything! I need to exchange my items, and it has been very difficult. They said I had to pay $15 shipping to exchange, then changed it to $25. I asked where to send it to and still have not heard back. The bracelet doesn¡¯t fit even though I measured according to their directions and the earrings are very large and heavy. I was willing to exchange, but I keep getting strung along with no clear directions. I still have no directions. It¡¯s not worth the hassle to deal with a company that makes exchanges difficult. If they get back to me, I will update this review.
