i had ordered my first carrier from tula last year and it took over 3 months for the carrier to get to me ???¡â????¡â????¡â????¡â? HOWEVER i loved my tula explore, BG had outgrown it and wanted the toddler version. I hesitated for a while and bite the bullet¡­. i ordered it on the friday evening and it got delivered on the tuesday morning ! i was in shock after last year¡¯s fiasco but i¡¯m glad i have given them a second chance and that their issues with warehouse reallocation got sorted ! I also had emailed CS as i didn¡¯t get my tracking number and they were very fast to answer ! Very happy with my latest purchase and tula experience

I placed my order on the 3rd of May and it was next day delivery.. but I received it after we complained on the 6th of May!!! Above all of that it should be two boxes and they delivered only one box and how come they forget the main box!!!!!!!! And again we need to wait two days to solve their mistake!! This is the worst experience I've had in all online shops! And the customer service not know how to talk want to fight with me like it is my mistake that I don't understand!! Not even apologise for their mistake! Rude..

Would leave 0 star review if possible (someone who suffers from incontinence) I got some dino rawrz first round tried three diapers and the hook and loop tabs don't stay on at all forth was OK second time round tried two diapers then gave up so from one pack 50% of the diapers aren't even wearable would never buy again

The WORST company ever and not recommended, wonder is the rate is purchase instand of pure good review. As a fresh graduate eager to start my journey in digital marketing, I receive an offer from a company after going through a 3-round recruitment process that spanned nearly three weeks. One of the rounds even took three hours to complete. However, I was surprised and disappointed that the final interview lasted less than 10 minutes¡ªespecially when I had to arrange it during my travels. It felt rushed and meaningless, which made me question the purpose of such an intense process. Despite these red flags, I was offered the position. I had already resigned from my previous job with a two-month notice period, as I have in good faith and anticipation of starting the new role in Keababies. But shockingly, the company later withdrew the offer, like just 1 month period something that wasn¡¯t clearly communicated beforehand or even didn't compesate. This experience was disheartening. The recruitment process lacked transparency and fairness, and left me jobless through no fault of my own. I believe companies need to be held accountable for the impact of their decisions, especially when they affect someone's livelihood. A clear, structured, and humane recruitment process matters¡ªnot just for the company¡¯s reputation, but also for the well-being of job seekers who trust the process.
