I purchased a blazer from the Zadig-et-Voltaire US website during black friday, and the order never showed up. I reached out to them, and they said they would investigate and get back to me. In the meantime, I took the initiative to reach out to the carrier as well. After days of calling, I was told the delivery truck had issues on the scheduled delivery day, and nobody in my building received their deliveries. The carrier suggested I reach out to the shipper (zadig), and as them to file a claim. I forwarded this information to Zadig, and they closed my case without any resolution! Their exact asinine words are: " I sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you. Kindly see the below information stated on your tracking". The tracking falsely showed a delivered status, and the carrier acknowledged this. Zadig DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND INVESTIGATE. THEY COMPLETELY LIED TO A PAYING CONStUMER! Unfortunately for them, they lied to the wrong customer. I will be filing complaints with IC3, the Better Business Bureau, as well as the consumer protection agency in my state. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID SHOPPING AT A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE A US BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZADIG WASTES YOUR TIME AND BLATANTLY LIES TO YOU. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF SECURITY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, SO YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF THEIR INTERNATIONAL TIME LINE.

Order since March and haven't gotten anything since May. It took forever to get a alert about the item being sold out and getting an exchange. Be aware of the time and it might not be worth the time.

I would give no stars if I could. The quality of the product was so very poor. I ordered one of their dresses. I would normally order a medium but decided to order a large as it was of lesser quality which usually means they are on the smaller size. This was not even the size of a small let alone medium and yet it was classified as a large. When I asked for a refund they fell back on the standard ¡°no refund policy¡±. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances

I purchased many of her items over the years for my two daughters, my favorite being matching long linen dresses with long sash for a beautiful bow in back. I held onto these two dresses for 20 years, thinking they'll be perfect for my future granddaughters. Alas, there will be no grandchildren, so I'm giving them away to a good friend for hers. The dresses are as beautiful now as they were the day I bought them.

I ordered my Halloween outfit on Sept 4, with a 12-14 day shipping time. Nothing until Oct 6 I got an email saying they needed more money for shipping and against my better judgment I sent it. No shipping info and nothing shipped. I asked for a refund and they say they have processed the refund but nothing. Don't by here its a SCAM!

I ordered a dress from Sarah Pacini, which unfortunately did not fit. So the return was requested and the dress immediately sent back on March 4th .. According to tracking number the dress was handed over to the recipient's address on March 10th but until April 3rd the amount was not transferred back (23 days until today). By the way; according to the terms and conditions the refund should happen within 15 days?!. I send several mails and made 2 phone calls with ELINE VERHULST from the customer care, in which she promised me to refund the money due to the long waiting time but no refund took place. Allegedly there have been internal forwarding problems, which is really not my problem. By phone I couldn¡¯t get through any more. (maybe they saw my number...) I opened a conflict in PAYPAL to get my money back and one day later I received my money back. I can only advise not to order online from Sarac Pacini, when you are not sure that you will keep the clothes. The clothes are really nice, but handling and customer care is really unprofessional for this price range.
